Welcome to x baj. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the x baj platform and all its services. By accessing the xbaj.im website or mobile app, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

X baj reserves the right to modify, amend, or revoke these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and are enforceable in Bangladeshi courts. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion.

To open an account with x baj, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to x baj Support immediately.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on x baj. A national ID card or passport may be required for age verification.

• Use of any x baj platform service by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
• X baj may request age verification documents at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account if such documents are not provided.

X baj supports deposits and withdrawals through all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit — transfers to a different account are not permitted.
• To withdraw bonus balance, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• X baj may temporarily place a hold on any withdrawal for review if the transaction appears suspicious.
• Direct fund transfers between accounts are not allowed.

X baj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum 10x wager must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Cashback Bonus: Weekly cashback is based on your net losses and can be withdrawn without any wagering requirements.
• Referral Bonus: When the referred person makes their first deposit, the referrer will receive a specified bonus amount.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• X baj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Before placing a bet on x baj, you should read the specific rules for the relevant sport or game. General betting rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the cash-out option may be used if available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, x baj reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Live betting odds may change after a match begins; the odds at the time of your confirmation will apply.
• If a bet cannot be processed due to a system or network error, x baj bears no financial liability.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, x baj's decision shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x baj platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Betting linked to match-fixing or improper influence
• Attempting to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Unauthorized use of the x baj name or logo

• Documents collected for KYC verification are stored in encrypted form on secure servers.
• Your transaction history and gaming activity will only be disclosed when required by law or upon your own request.
